Abstract:
Concentrated n itr ic ac id be ing used as d igestive disso lvent, and scorpion samp les be ing trea ted w ith noncom plete digestion me thod, a non- comp le te d igestion-FAAS m ethod has been deve loped fo r determ ination of copper, iron and zinc in sco rpion. The resu lts indicate that the physical properties o f tested so lution is identica lw ith its blank so lution and there is no backg round absorption interference. The treatm ent cond itions o f samp le and the cha racte ristic concentra tion have been stud ied. RSD ( Relative Standard Dev ia tion) is less than 3. 2%. The tested results a re consistent w ith those obtained by inc inerating m ethod. The re lative erro rs are less than ±2. 9%. In FAAS ( Flam e Atom icAbso rption Spectrom etry) m ethod, it is possib le to rep lace inc ine ra ting m e thod w ith non - com plete d igestion m ethod fo r the sam ple pretrea tm en t of sco rp ion
