Abstract:
Supplier selection is the founda tion and prerequ isite of the supply cha in coope ration‘ s no rma l ope ra tion. Som e basic concepts in the process o f the mu lt-i a ttributes dec ision-m ak ing are introuduced and the ev alua tion term s introduced in the form o f linguistics are de fined when se lecting supp lier. By using the function re la tions between the term s in the lingu istic eva luation sca le and their ind ices, the add itive we ighted m ean ( AWM ) ope ra to r and the hybr id agg regation ( HA) operator, a group decision m ak ingm ethod used for se lecting supplie r is presented. And the proportion of lingu istic eva luation scale is based on AH P. Fina lly, the sc ience and prac tica lity in app lication of th is m ethod is ind icated w ith dem onstra tion study, so that it w ill prov ide refe rences for som e enterprises to choo se the suppliers
