Abstract:
Ammo nia in wastew ater can be r emo ved by using chemical pr ecipitants Mg ( OH) 2 and H3PO4 t o form a compo site fertilizer M gNH4PO4, w ith t he r emov al rat io of ammo nia abo ve 95% under the optim al conditio ns. T he effect s o f pH value, precipit ant co nst itutio ns and the initial concentrat ion of am monia in the w ast ewat er o n am monia r emov al efficiency ar e disscussed.
