Abstract:
The ex tenics is a new ly subject, w hich is a border subject amo ng mathematics, physics and engineering Recently , Itps developing rapidly . The base t heory of extenics is a theor y of matter elements and of extension set . The pr inciples of extenics have been used in failure analysis and product qualification in failure physics. Case studied in engineering pr actice shows that the method pr oposed is convenient and feasible.
