To meet the requirements in designing intelligent instruments and lightening the burden of heavy work, this paper introduces the application of Matlab to fitting the sensor charactercstic curves. A mathematical model of the sensor is desinged by applying Matlab, with the steps of the model design introduced by providing an example.
