Abstract:
A im ing a t the thermo coup le checkout stovew ith m ore lag, non-linea rity and var iab ility, and difficult to be contro lled very we ll by using conventional m ethod, a k ind of inte lligent PID contro ller is put forw ard by com bin ing fuzzy expert system contro ller and PID controlle r. It has the func tions that param eter of PID contro lle r is adjusted it se lf on line and fuzzy con tro ller output is directly contro lled, and has both m er its o f ag ility and strong adaptability for fuzzy contro l and trait o f high dynam ic track ing qua lity and h igh steady precision fo r PID con tro ,l and thus the ques tion of contro l therm ocouple checkout stove is so lved. The em ulationa l exper im ent show s tha t inte llig ent PID contro l p lan has feasib ility and valid ity in simu la tion result. By com paring w ith conven tiona l PID contro ller, it is ind icated that the response is im proved and excess am ount adjusted is decreased.
