Abstract:
So-l gel cap illa ry co lumn is a new type o f chrom atog raph ic co lumn that has a re lative ly simp le techno log ica l process for the deve lop ing o f the column. Th is kind of co lumn can stand h igh tem pe ratures, has good separation for all k inds of compounds and excellent repea tab ility. In this research, the stationary phase of the so-l gel capillary co-l um n is hydroxy-te rm ina ted po ly ( d ime thy lsiloxane). D im ension of the cap illary co lum n: 8 m ×250℃m .i d. . Chromatograph ic conditions: carr ie r: nitrogen; in jec tion: sp lit 5:1, 220℃ ; detector: FID, 250℃ ; co lum n temperature: 110℃ . This is the first time to use the so-l ge l PDM S cap illary co lumn to analyze camphor and naphthalene. The results show good precision and accuracy. The standard dev ia tion is 0. 31 and the re lative standard dev iation is 0. 32%. The average recovery for cam phor and naphthalene are 101. 4% and 100%, respective ly.
