Abstract:
Firstly,this thesis introduces theoretical methods of the estimate of reliability.Secondly,it is proved that harmonic factor has a great impact on the reliability of the electric-energy meter by experiments,and the electronic electric-energy meter’s harmonic factor is proposed for the first time.Finally,this thesis improves the reliability prediction accuracy of the DDZY71 type single-phrase intelligent electronic electric-energy meter according to the GJB/Z 299C—2006,combined with the harmonic factor.
