Abstract:

After analyzing t he mo dels o f four-ax is-w ir e-cutting co ntro l fo r antar afacial machining, this article points o ut their defects and puts forw ard a new scheme, biplane-inter polatio n co ntr olling metho d, discussing how to car ry o ut this scheme to impr ov e the pr ecisio n and efficiency of pr ocessing . The scheme can co ntro l the conventional cutt ing as w ell as antar afacial m achining of t he complex w or k.
