Abstract:
The kernel o f E-Gove rnm ent affa irs is O ffice Adm in istra tion ( OA) sy stem and adm in istrative Perm ission System ( PS). A s the departm ent of urban p lann ing adm inistra tion, land adm in istration and house property adm in istration , needs not on ly OA and PS, but a lso E-Gov ernm en tO fficeG IS wh ich comb ines OA and GIS. W ith the deve-l opm ent of G IS techno logy, it is ev itable to establish theE-Governm ent on GIS . The paperm ainly focuses on ana lysing the concept o f E-Governm ent OfficeG IS and its cha racte ristics, o ffers its fram ew ork and constructivem ethod. E-Governm ent Office GIS is deve loped w hich is qu ickly constructed, dynam ica lly integ rated and conven iently expanded, and thus the graphic da ta& tex t& shee t arem anaged a ll tog ether.
