The possible consequences of the new rule were analyzed. By the theoretical calculation of heating supply on a sample room in Haerbin area, the practicabilities of various heating supply methods were compared from aspects of economic charges, energy resources utilization and enviromental protection. Then the paper gives some suggestions about the use of some nontraditional pyrogen.
