Abstract:
T hree-wheel environmental control system ( ECS) w ith the high pr essure w ater separation is w idely used in foreign commercial aircraft. In this paper, optimized mathematical model of three-w heel system is established, with the r ational designing variables used. The compensating loss of fuel weight for aero craft take-o ff is taken as the objectine funct ion. Restr ictive conditions are determined and mix ed penalty function method is selected to so lve the problems in the mathematical model. The ca-l culation results can be used as theoretic basis to design and r esearch t hree-wheel ECS.
