Abstract:
This paper introduces the establishment of the urban land price monitoring point and the scheme for land price information publication by adapting the Arc \ Info platform, using ASP, JavaScript and HTML technology. The scheme can respond to the dynamic request from Browse, inquire and display the spatial information of the land price monitoring point, perform graphic operating functions such as zooming out/ in and panning. Furthermore, it can actively monitor land- price and update the data of land price monitoring points in time by integrating the data of the land price monitoring system and cadastral information system.
