Abstract:
Four-wheel ECS (environmental control system) with the high pressure water separation has been used in B-777 , which is the latest advancement in ECS. In this paper , the optimized mathematical model of four-wheel system is discussed , with the rational designing variables used. The compensating loss of fuel weight for aircraft take-off is taken as the objective function. Restrictive conditions are determined and mixed penalty function method is selected to solve the problems in the math- ematical model. The results of calculation can be used as theoretical basis for the further design and research in four-wheel ECS.
