Abstract:
W ith the draw ing o f the integration of the g lobal economy and them ultiplic ity o fm arke t inqu iry, and the dr iv ing o f in fo rm ation techno logy and artific ial m anufacturing techno logy, the advanced m anufacturing technology m odes, as am ultid isc iplinary system, have taken place an im po rtant change recen tly. H av ing illustra ted the o rig in, connotation and character o f the advanced m anufacturing technology, the paper d iscusses carefully such typicalm odes as concurrent eng ineer ing, lean production, v irtual m anufacturing, ag ile m anufacturing and g reen m anufacturing. Based on it, the paper prospects the severa l fie lds fo r prior ity dev elopment in advanced m anufac tur ing techno logy, and suggests three deve lop ing d irections w ith precision m anu facture, m in iature system manu fac ture and susta inab ility m anufacture as its own core.
