Abstract:
It is a popularm ach ine v ision prob lem to ex trac t the orientation in fo rm ation from ste reoscopic v ision. A new detec tm ethod o f realiz ing football stereoscopic v is ion m a tch ing is presented based on the B inocu lar V is ionM ode l in YUV co lo r space. In them ethod, them atching problem is m apped to a center o f the ob ject area wh ich has the sam e co lor, and the cen ter is looked as the po int o f ma tch ing. The lo ca tion inform ation of the ob ject is resum ed from the m atching point based on the B ino cular V is ionModel through image segm enta tion, then the rea l tim e ob ject detection and location are accomp lished and fulfilled in robo t com pe tition.
