Abstract:
The content o f ch lo rogenic ac id in d ifferen t parts ofAm bro sia ar tem isiifolia L. w as stud ied byHPLC analysis m ethod and u ltrasonic-assisted extraction. Chlorogen ic acid contents ofAm brosia ar tem isiifolia L. , N ico tiana tabacum, Lonicera japonica Thunb. and seve ra l comm on w eed o fN an jing w ere compared. The ex traction residues w ere trea ted by N eurosp ora intermed ia. The resu lts show ed that the contents of chlorogenic acid in d ifferent parts o fAm brosia artem isiifo- lia L. w ere d ifferen t. Leaves were 1.160m g /g, flow ers and stem s w ere 0.559 mg /g and 0. 494 mg /g respective ly. The ch lorogen ic ac id content o fAm bro sia artem isiifolia L. leaf is the h ighest in Ju ly. When ex tracted by ultrasound-assisted m ethod at 50℃ , the proper extrac tion tim e was 20 m in. After b ioconversion byN eurospora in term edia, the extraction res idues conta in caro teno id and abundance o f enzymes such as cellulase and pro tease, the y ields of ca rotenoid, as high as 126. 6 μ g /g, enzym e activ ity of CMCase and Pro teasew ere 5 503.9U /g and 7 926.4U /g, respectively. After the en- zym e and caro teno id w ere ex tracted from ferm enta tion products, the res iduew as entire ly utilized as o rganism fertilizer to- tally.
