Abstract:
In this paper,a novel multiuser and multi-service( MUMS) scheduling algorithm in the new ultra-high throughput ( NUHT) wireless local area network( WLAN) system is proposed to meet the system performance requirements,which conducts a hierarchical scheduling of users and services based on a comprehensive analysis of quality of service( QoS) requirements, queue state information( QSI) and channel state information( CSI) . The simulation results show that the proposed MUMS algorithm achieves a higher total throughput,a smaller packet loss rate as well as a good support of the QoS requirements and guarantees the fairness among users compared with the existing scheduling algorithms.
