摘要:
探讨了对市场力进行监管的方法 ,指出了平抑市场力的措施 ,有助于我国电力监管的建设和电力市场的发展
Abstract:
The market power is one of the most significant problems in the reform of electric power industry. In this paper the monitoring methods for the market power and the restrain measures to control the market power are presented. These methods and measures are helpful for electricity market reform of China.
