摘要:
提出一种有机磷农药残留快速检测方法———碱水解法,其原理基于有机磷农药在强碱条件作用下容易发生水解,水解产物易被具有氧化性的有色溶液氧化而使之褪色.实测结果表明:该方法检测灵敏度为0.5～5mg/kg,检测时间为5～10min,检测成本低于0.1元人民币,而且具有简单、方便、快捷等特点,适合在家庭或农贸市场条件下检测蔬菜中有机磷农药残留水平,对含有有机磷农药残留的蔬菜进行筛选,确保食用蔬菜的质量安全.
Abstract:
A new alka linehydro lysis m ethod is developed fo r rap id ly detecting organophospha te pesticide residues in vege tab les. Its princ ip le is based on the fact that org anophospha te pestic ide hydro ly zes and its hydro lysate is ox id ized by purpurea l ox idizing so lu tion. The de tecting resu lts show that the detecting sens itiv ity ranges from 0. 5~ 5 mg /kg, the tim e of detection is 5~ 10m in and the cost of detection is about 0. 012 US do llar . And it is a s imp le, conven ient and quick me thod o f de tecting organopho sphate pestic ide residues, and can be used to check fo r leve ls o f pestic ide residues in fam ily or ma rket w ithout o ther instrument
