摘要:
制冷工质在换热管内流动时,伴随着复杂的相变过程,准确建立描述工质相变的换热器动态模型是制冷空调系统动态仿真的重点和难点.分析了两种蒸发器动态仿真建模方法——移动边界法、扩展移动边界法,并用扩展移动边界法的建模思想推导出蒸发器动态仿真数学模型.通过仿真分析,并与采用移动边界法的计算结果进行对比,表明两种建模方法都能对蒸发器动态响应过程进行描述,但在不同条件下应用时,会体现出各自的优越性.结论为制冷空调系统换热器的动态仿真提供了理论基础.
Abstract:
The refr ige rant has a com plex phase transition w hen flow ing through the heat exchange r p ipe line, so it is the emphas is and difficu lty to obta in the dynam icm ode ls of heat exchange rwh ich can descr ibe the phase transition accurately. In th is paper, tw omode lingm ethods fo r dynam ic simu lation o f evapo rato r are analyzed: m ov ing-boundarymode,l and ex tended m ov ing-boundarym ode.l Based on themode ling theo ry of extended m ov ing-boundarym ode,l the dynam icmode l o f evapo ra tor is de rived. By sim ulation ana lysis and compar ison w ith the resu lts o fmov ing-boundary mode,l it is found tha t both m odeling m ethods can describe the response o f evaporato r dynam ic perform ance, but they have super ior ity in d ifferen t conditions respective ly. The conclusions may prov ide a theoretica l founda tion for the dynam ic sim ulation of the re frigeration and air cond ition system.
