摘要:
以去离子水为流动工质,对9块不同尺寸、不同排布的圆形微/小针肋热沉在不同Re下的流动阻力特性进行了实验研究,并将所得的部分实验结果与现存的经验关联式进行了对比.实验结果表明圆形微/小针肋的压力降随着体积流量的增加而增大;圆形微/小针肋内摩擦阻力系数f随Re数的增大而逐渐减小,当Re数大于500时,流动阻力系数基本不变;肋高及直径的大小对摩擦阻力系数的影响较大;一个现有的宏观经验关联式能很好地预测部分实验段的实验结果.
Abstract:
W ith de ionized w ater as wo rking fluid, this paperm ade an exper im enta l investigation on the character istics o f flow resistance through a bank of circu la r shaped m icro- /m in-i pin fins w ith n ine d ifferent sizes at staggered and in- line a rrays over a range o fReyno lds number. And part o f exper imenta l resu lts obta ined is com pared w ith the ex isting conv entiona l sca le co rre lations. It is found that the pressure drop through m icro- /m in-i p in fin bund les increases w ith the inc rease o f volum etr ic flow ra te; the fr iction fac to rs decrease w ith the increase o f the Reyno lds number and rema in unchanged w hen theReyno lds num ber is over 500. The influence o f the he ight and the d iame ter o f them icro- /m in-i p in fins on the fr iction factors is g reat. One o f the corre lations is ab le to pred ict the friction factors accu rate ly a t som e exper im ental resu lts.
