摘要:
针对冲击机械冲击随动系统实际工况下测试的干扰因素多、测控过程复杂且多参数同步测试的特点,采用并行测试设计,研究了基于微机控制的辅助测控系统,从系统的硬件和软件两方面着手解决了在工业现场环境下,冲击机械多参数同步采集与数据处理等动态测试问题.测试结果表明:系统的高精度、高可靠性及稳定性等完全满足冲击机械冲击性能的测控要求.
Abstract:
The auxiliary computercontrolled monitoring system had been studied by parallel test design for the characteristics of multiple interference and process complex and multiparameter synchronization test in the actual test conditions of mechanical servo system.The dynamic test problems,such as multiparameter data acquisition and processing synchronous in the industrial field environments,are solved from both the hardware and software systems.The results show that the system’s precision,high reliability and stability fully meet the control requirements.
