采用新型高效耐高温溶胶 -凝胶气相色谱柱对电热蚊香片中的有效成分丙炔菊酯进行定量分析 ,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标 ,回收率为 10 0 .5 % ,相对标准偏差 (变异系数 )是 0 .92 % ,本方法简单而又准确可靠
Abstract:
A gas chromatogr aphic metho d with sol- gel capillary PDMS column for quantitative determination of prallethrin is r eported. Dibutyl phthalate is used as the inter nal standar d. The average recov er y is 100. 5% and the relativ e standar d deviation is 0. 92%. This method is simple and accurate.
