摘要:
在剖析软测量基本思想的基础上 ,通过实例对基于软测量的不同检测技术及应用进行了详细的分析和对比 .结果表明 :基于软测量思想可以形成 3种不同于间接测量的典型形式检测技术 ,它们之间的最大不同是测量模型的输入输出与工业对象输入输出之间关系的差异
Abstract:
Sof-t sensing, developed in the field of measuring and process control, is a new technique. Some parameters that couldn‘ t be sampled or had no methods to measure in industry can now be acquired with the measuring techniques based on sof-t sensing adopted, which is very important to production automation and quality control. On the basisi of the analysis of sof-t sensing and some actual cases, the measuring techniques adopting sof-t sensing idea and their application are discussed in detail. It is concluded that three kinds of measuring techniques using sof-t sensing which are different from indirect measurement are developed. And the biggest difference among the three measuring techniques is introduced, which involves the different relationship between the inpu-t output variables in the measuring model and the inpu-t output variables in the industrial object.
