摘要:
以淀粉加工业剩余物—麦麸为原料 ,利用从里氏木霉制得复合酶中的半纤维素酶与纤维素酶 ,对物料中的半纤维素与纤维素成分进行控制酶水解 ,制取功能性低聚糖 .酶解在接近常温和常压下进行 ,相对于常用的葡萄糖或淀粉原料 ,采用麦麸原料价格较低 .由于低价原料和复合酶系的采用 ,简化了工序与设备 ,降低了成本 ,具有较好的开发应用前景
Abstract:
Preparation of functional oligosaccharides using enzyme as catalyst have been shown to be a new research field. In this paper, oligosaccharides preparation methods using wheat bran residues as raw material and enzyme come from Trichoderma reesei as biocatalyst were studied. The composition of wheat bran such as cellulose and hemicellulose were hydrolyzed by cellulase and xylanase of complex enzyme respectively. The enzyme hydrolysis reaction was carried out at about the room temperature and atmospheric pressure. As com plex enzyme and low-price raw material were used, the enzyme hydrolysis process was simpler and more effective, showing a promising potential for development and application.
