摘要:
采用液液平衡釜测定二乙氧基甲烷 (DEM)和乙醇水溶液的萃取分离结果 ,研究强制搅拌速度、搅拌时间、静置时间、平衡温度等因素对液液平衡组成的影响 ,采用最小方差法关联液液组成与搅拌速度等因素之间的关系 ,确定了分离过程中最适宜的外界条件 ,为进一步放大试验提供可靠依据
Abstract:
The extractive separation for water solution of diethoxy methane ( DEM) and ethanol has been determined by using liquid- liquid equilibrium still. The effect of forced stirring speed and time, stand still time and equilibrium temperature on the components of the system in equilibrium is studied. The liquid- liquid composition and affecting factors such as stirring speed, etc. are correlated by using least square method. The most suitable external conditions have been optmized for the separation process, providing the basis for further industrial test.
