摘要:
对燃气安全进行监测具有非常重要的意义 ,但现有技术在适用性方面存在某些不足 .基于软测量的思想 ,提出了以管道中燃气流动状态与燃气的燃烧状态为二次辅助变量 ,燃气泄漏量为主导变量的燃气安全软监测的方法 ,并详细讨论了燃气安全软监测的实现 .结果表明 ,采用 0~ 80 0℃范围的测温热电偶 ,检测燃气具火圈周围的温度变化 ,可确定燃气燃烧状态 ;利用传感元件与流动流体之间的对流换热 ,可判断管道中燃气的流动状态 ;以可识别燃气燃烧到熄灭状态的最小时间、燃气的最大流量以及附加的安全系数 ,可计算燃气的泄漏量 .
Abstract:
Some problems have existed in existing techniques for monitoring gas buring. Based on the idea of sof-t sensing, a sof-t monitoring method is proposed, by which the state of gas burning and gas flowing are the secondary variables and the leakage ratio of gas is the primary variable. The implementation approach of sof-t monitoring method for gas safety is discussed in detail. The results show that the state of gas burning can be got by measuring the flame of the gas cooker by using the 0~ 800e temperature thermocouple, and the state of gas flowing can be obtained through convective heat transfer between flowing fluid and sensor element. The leakage ratio can be computed with the maximum flow rate, the additional safety coefficient and the minimum time during which the state from gas burning to gas going out can be recognized.
