摘要:
先进制造技术是一个多学科体系,随着全球经济一体化和市场需求多元化的牵引以及信息技术和人工智能技术 的推动,目前的生产模式已发生了重大改变.在阐述了先进机械制造技术的起源、内涵和特征后,又探讨了先进机械制造技 术的几种典型模式,包括并行工程模式、精益生产模式、虚拟制造模式、敏捷制造模式和绿色制造模式.在此基础上,进一步 展望了先进机械制造技术模式的发展前景,提出了以精密工程技术、微型系统制造技术和可持续发展制造技术为各自核心 的3个发展方向.
Abstract:
W ith the draw ing o f the integration of the g lobal economy and them ultiplic ity o fm arke t inqu iry, and the dr iv ing o f in fo rm ation techno logy and artific ial m anufacturing techno logy, the advanced m anufacturing technology m odes, as am ultid isc iplinary system, have taken place an im po rtant change recen tly. H av ing illustra ted the o rig in, connotation and character o f the advanced m anufacturing technology, the paper d iscusses carefully such typicalm odes as concurrent eng ineer ing, lean production, v irtual m anufacturing, ag ile m anufacturing and g reen m anufacturing. Based on it, the paper prospects the severa l fie lds fo r prior ity dev elopment in advanced m anufac tur ing techno logy, and suggests three deve lop ing d irections w ith precision m anu facture, m in iature system manu fac ture and susta inab ility m anufacture as its own core.
