摘要:
针对传统算法不能很好解决压缩视频的超分辨率图像重构问题,提出了一种基于Bayesian估计的压缩视频超分辨率重构算法.首先建立起一个从原始图像到压缩视频的成像模型,然后在此模型基础上运用Bayesian估计理论,在最大后验概率准则下表述该问题.通过综合使用CCD(CyclicCoordinateDecent)和SA(SuccessiveApproximations)等方法,从理论上给出了压缩视频超分辨率重构问题的一般解决方法.实验结果表明,此方法不仅在峰值信噪比(PSNR)和重构效果对压缩视频有较大提高和明显改善,而且算法易于扩展,具有广泛的应用范围.
Abstract:
In th is paper, a new a lgo rithm of compressed v ideo super- reso lu tion resto ra tion based on Bayesian esti m ation is propo sed to reso lve the problem o f the traditiona l resto ra tion me thods wh ich cannot be we ll applied to the com pressed v ideo. A t first, an acqu isition o f the com pressed v ideo model is proposed, then the super-reso lution prob lem is form ulated w ith in the Bayes ian fram ew ork and theMAP criter ion, and fina lly, a universa l so lu tion o f the prob lem is presented by integrating the CCD w ith SA. The results of the experim ent dem onstrate that the a lgo rithm not on ly perform s better than the trad itiona l ones in term s of PSNR and restoration effect, but also has the charac teristics o f easy ex tension.
