摘要:
采用改进的喷雾热解方法———异步脉冲超声喷雾热解法(APUSP),以B iC l3、硫脲和碘溶液为前驱液,在非晶衬底上成功地制备了B iSI纳米棒阵列薄膜.对采用异步脉冲超声喷雾热解法所制备的棒状B iSI纳米晶薄膜样品的介电特性和光吸收特性进行了测试.结果表明,采用该法所制备的棒状纳米结构薄膜与传统喷雾热解法所制备的薄膜,由于结构的不同,其介电特性和可见光吸收特性具有明显的区别.该方法与传统喷雾热解法相比,所制备的纳米晶薄膜具有较高的介电常数、较小的介电损耗和较大的光吸收强度.
Abstract:
Nano rod array film s B iS I are synthesized w ith an improved spray pyro lysis me thod, asynch ronous u ltrasonic spray pyro lysis ( APUSP), from B iC l3, th iourea and iodine on am orphous substra tes at a re lative low temperature. The dielectric properties are measured, such as d ie lec tric constant and dielectr ic loss, and the v isib le abso rption o f the B iSI nano rod film s depos ited by asynchronous pulse u ltrasonic spray pyro lysis ( APUSP) . The resu lts show tha t there is a d istinct difference betw een the film s deposited byAPUSP and those by trad itiona l u ltrasonic spray py ro ly sis ( TUSP). The nanorod film sm ade byAPUSP have a h igh die lectric constant, low dielectric lo ss and a high v isible absorption compar ing w ith TUSP.
