摘要:
在稀硫酸介质中,Fe3+能催化过氧化氢氧化中性红使其褪色,据此建立了测定明胶、环氧树脂及甲苯二胺中微量铁的催化分光光度法.对测定条件进行了考察.方法的选择性高,不必进行萃取分离干扰离子或加掩蔽剂,可直接测定.线性范围0~1.2μg/25 mL,线性回归方程式为ΔA=0.35C+0.005.人工合成样品回收率为99.5%,样品测定结果的相对标准偏差小于4.1%,加标回收率为96.8%~102.8%.摩尔吸收系数ε525 nm=4.9×105L.mol-1.cm-1.
Abstract:
The m ethod is based the pr inciple that Fe3+ cata lyzes the deco lor izing reaction resulting from the ox idation of neu tral red by hydrogen perox ide in d iluteH 2SO4 m ed ium. On the basis of th is pr inciple, a cata lytic spectrophotom etry fo r dederm ination of trace iron in gelatin, epoxy resin and to luene d iam ine has been deve loped. The determ in ing conditions o f th is m ethod were std ied. The selectiv ity o f th ism e thod is h igh and iron in sam ples is direc tly de term ined to have no t need ex traction and sepera teion from inte rference ions or add ingm asking agent. The linear range is 0~ 1. 2 μg /25mL. The regress ion equation is A = 0. 35C + 0. 005. The recovery of synthe tic sam ple is 99.5%. RSD’ s o f de-term ination results fo r sam ples are less than 4. 1%. The recoveries of samp les w ith standard addition are 96.8% ~ 102. 8%. The mo lar abso rbtiv ity is 4.9× 105 L· m o l- 1·cm- 1.
