摘要:
在精密空调控制中,由于环境温度、相对湿度等因素的相关影响,基于模糊控制PID、神经网络PID算法实现的控制系统在环境调节过程中,可能使执行机构陷入往复操作的震荡局面,从而浪费能源;另一方面,上述算法存在实现复杂、系统资源需求大、控制系统成本高的缺点.结合精密空调控制系统的特点,提出了基于模糊评判与状态预测的控制模型,该模型基于模糊控制的基本原理和控制要求设计一模糊控制规则表,将精密空调对环境的调节看成执行机构从初态到终态一系列的状态变化过程,根据检测机制当前检测到的温湿度,利用规则表和模糊评判函数决定对执行机构的控制操作.该模型在单片机上得到了实现.实验表明:基于模糊评判与状态预测的控制模型有效克服了模糊控制PID、神经网络PID模型的不足,开发的控制系统成本低,节能效果良好.
Abstract:
The fuzzy contro l PID a lgor ithm and neu ra l network a lgo rithm are used to con tro l air cond itioners. Because of the re la tive influences resu lting from m any env ironm enta l factors such as tem perature, hum id ity etc in the contro-l ling process, the execu ting agency may get in to the trap of repeating operations, wh ich w ill result in a great dea l loss of energy. On the o ther hand, the co st is h igh, because the a lgor ithm s descr ibed above not only are difficult to im plem en t, but also requ ire a lot o f system resources. To so lv e these prob lem s, the fuzzy judgm en t and state pred ictive ana lysis contro lm ode l is used to contro l h igh precision env ironm ental a ir conditioners. The basic schem a of th ism ode l is in accordance w ith the fuzzy contro l princ ip le and the demand of contro.l A fuzzy contro l table and a fuzzy judgm ent function are designed. The cond itioning process of the prec ise environmenta l a ir conditioner is rega rd as a ser ies o f transform a tion from the starting state to the object state. Accord ing to the env ironm ental data detected by the detec tive m echanism, the fuzzy control table, the fuzzy judgm en t function, the con tro l operation o f the executing agency are decided. By imp lem enting on SCM, experim ent indicates that the effect is good.
