摘要:
新型的溶胶-凝胶毛细管气相色谱柱制作工艺程序简单、分离性能良好,能在高温下正常工作,性能稳定、重现性好,分析结果有良好的精密度和准确性.采用端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为固定相,用溶胶凝胶法制备了毛细管色谱柱,并在该色谱柱上对中成药中的冰片含量进行了分析.结果表明,在此色谱柱上的分析精密度高,准确性好.分析结果标准偏差为 0.0369,相对标准偏差(变异系数)为1.13%.回收率为96.2%.
