摘要:
模糊神经网络是神经网络与模糊逻辑系统的有机结合,具有强大的自学习和自整定功能.针对目前模糊逻辑与神经网络技术在融合中存在的问题,根据模糊逻辑与神经网络的本质和内在联系,提出了一种新型的结构优化的模糊神经网络,用模糊系统理论中的Stone-W eirstrass定理证明了该网络能以任意精度逼近任意一个定义在致密集上的实连续函数.仿真实验表明该网络模型算法是可行且有效的.
Abstract:
Fuzzy neural ne tw ork, com posed o f the neura l netw ork and fuzzy log ic system, is good a t self- learn ing and sel-f tun ing. A ccording to the inner re la tionsh ip betw een the neural ne tw ork and fuzzy log ic inference, a new fuzzy neura l netw ork can be ob tained w ith e ffective algor ithm and structure. It can be proved to approx im ate a t any deg ree of accuracy to any rea l con tinuous function in a compact dom ain by using the famous S tone-W e irstrass law. The sim ulation shows that them odel is effective and feasible.
