摘要:
介绍了紧凑式湿法脱硫新技术,给出了这种湿法脱硫技术的工艺流程、脱硫塔内的化学反应方程式、应用实例.现场运行结果表明该脱硫工艺的脱硫效率超过95%,最大可达到98.5%,脱硫工艺的副产品石膏的水分、CaCO3、硫、氯等的含量,以及石膏中微量元素的含量完全能满足市场石膏产品质量的要求.该工艺具有系统安全性、经济性、可靠性高和节省占地面积的特点,是一种值得在我国推广应用的一种新型湿法脱硫工艺.
Abstract:
Th is paper introduced a com pact we t flue gas desu lfurization technology in de tails, includ ing its techno log-i cal process, the chem ica l reaction equation w ith in the desu lfur ization tow er, and som e practica l exam ples. Practica l runn ing resu lts ind icated that the desu lfurization e ffic iency of th is techno logy is mo re than 95%, wh ile the m ax im um is as high as 981 5%. The quality o f the by-products, gypsum, couldm eet the requ irem ent of them arket, such as the contents o f wa ter, CaCO3, sulfur, chlor ine, and low concentra tion elem ents in the gypsum. Its system is safe, econom ic, h ighly reliable, and occup ies less area. It is a new w et desulfur ization techno logy that isw orth popular izing in China.
