摘要:
原位合成方法制备了n-HA/PVA复合水凝胶.通过调节聚乙烯醇、纳米羟基磷灰石和水的含量,制备了不同配比的复合水凝胶.用燃烧实验、TEM、IR和XRD等对材料的组成和结构进行了表征,并测定了水凝胶的力学性质.结果表明,PVA高分子空间三维结构对羟基磷灰石晶体的原位水热生长有一定影响,复合水凝胶中n-HA与PVA有一定键合,两相分布均匀,羟基磷灰石的含量对复合水凝胶的力学强度有很大影响.
Abstract:
n-HA /PVA com posite hydrogel is prepared by in situ preparation. By controlling the content o f PVA, n- HA and water, composite hydroge ls w ith d ifferent proportion w ere prepared. TEM, IR, XRD and bu rning exper-i m en ts w ere emp loyed to characte rize the struc ture, com po sition and m echanical properties of them ater ia .l The results ind icated that the 3D structure of the PVA m olecu le a ffected the crystalline grow th of hydroxy apatite, certa in bond ing ex isted between HA and PVA, n-HA w as distr ibuted in the PVA m atrix un iform ly, and the concentration ofHA obv-i ously affected them echan ica l properties o f the composite hydrog el.
