摘要:
通过对混凝土的裂缝成因及混凝土减缩剂(SRA)的功能成分分析,对SRA抑制混凝土裂缝出现的机理进行讨论.结合实验结果,分析SRA对混凝土裂缝形成的抑制效果,从微观角度验证了SRA对混凝土收缩的抑制机理.结果表明:掺入适量SRA能较大程度地改善混凝土的收缩情况,主要机理是SRA改善混凝土中骨料与水泥石的结合,所含的膨胀组分补偿混凝土的收缩.
Abstract:
The reasons of concrete’ s crack form ing and the com ponen t of Shrinkage Reduc ing Adm ix ture SRA w ere ana lyzed in th is pape r. The m echan ism of restra in ing conc rete cracks by SRA w as studied de tailedly. The effect o f SRA was validated in accordance w ith the exper iment da ta and m icrocosm ic data. The resu lt show ed proper SRA cou ld improve the shrinkage situations o f concrete. Them echanicsw ere tha t the union of agg rega te and harden cem ent w as im proved and expansion com ponen t com pensated the shrinkage o f concrete.
