摘要:
对不同尺寸的矩形竖直微槽群表面相变换热微冷系统在液位高度及微槽表面尺寸等因素影响下的相变换热效果进行了实验研究.实验确定了获得最大热流密度时的微槽表面尺寸为槽宽、槽深以及槽间距分别为0.2mm、0.8mm、0.2mm以及槽道数目为50的微槽;实验表明液位高度与相变换热强度有很大的关联,并且液位高度在加热中心时获得最大热流密度,当液位高度低于加热中心的时候,液位越高,换热强度越好,当液位高度高于加热中心的时候,液位高度与换热强度没有很大的关联.
Abstract:
An expe rim en tal study is conducted where a phase-chang e heat transfer perfo rmancew as investigated in a rectangular ve rtica lm icro capillary g rooves cooling system under the po ten tia l in fluence o f such factors as grooves surface size and liquid he ight. W hen themax im um heat flux density is acqu ired, the exper im ent con firm s the groove surface size as fo llow s: 0. 2 mm in w idth, 0. 8 mm in depth, and 0. 2mm in space betw een, and the number of grooves is 50. The exper im ent show s a strong relationsh ip between the perform ance of heat transfer and liqu id he ight. It is w hen the heating center and liqu id height are at the sam e leve l that the coo ling sy stem runs w ith m ax im um effic iency. When the liqu id he ight is low er than hea ting center, the higher liqu id he ight leve l is, them ore heat transfer effect it w ill be. W hen the liquid he ight is higher than the heating cen ter, there is no sign ificant re lationship betw een liqu id he ight and phase-chang e heat transfer.
