摘要:
介绍一种基于USB接口的高精度AD模块综合测试台的设计方法.根据雷达系统测试需要,该测试台可以自动测试AD模块的量化信噪比、信号比噪声加失真、总谐波失真、有效位数、无杂散动态范围、双音互调失真、零偏、正交通道幅相误差、镜像抑制比、线性调频脉压特性等参数.采用USB接口与计算机连接,参数的分析计算由计算机完成,简化了硬件,体积小、成本低、携带方便.并给出了测试方法、电路原理框图和计算机软件流程图.该测试台已经用于雷达AD模块的自动测试.
Abstract:
A design o f precise AD modu le testing system based on USB is introduced. Accord ing to the dem ands of radar system s, the testing system is able to automa tica lly test m any param eters, inc luding signa-l no ise ratio, signa-l to-no ise and distortion ra tio, tota l harm on ic d istortion, e ffective num ber o f b its, spurious free dynam ic rang e, two- tone inte rmodu lation d istortion, zero offset, am plitude and phase error o f o rthogona l channe ls, im ag e re jection ratio and character istics o f linear frequency modu lated pulse com pression. USB is emp loyed to connect the com puter. The com puter comp le tes the analysis o f param ete rs. The use o f com pute r sim plifies the hardw are. The testing system is sm all cubage, low cost and po rtab le. C ircu it schem atic diagram, so ftwa re flow chart and ca lcu la tion m ethod of param ete rs a re prov ided in th is paper.
