摘要:
固相微萃取(SPME)装置中采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了以端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为固定相的石英探针萃取头,此萃取头可在高达300℃以上的高温下使用,且对多种化合物都有良好的萃取效果.该装置与气相色谱联用,6次测定同一色谱峰面积的相对标准偏差不超过2.66%,而同样条件下保留时间测定的标准偏差不超过0.3%.实验证明该溶胶-凝胶萃取头的萃取量与商用萃取头相当,可在10~15 min内达到萃取平衡,解吸速度快,有较低的检出限,使用寿命长.
Abstract:
A so-l ge lm ethod is used to prepareOH-term inated po ly-d ime thy-l silox ane ( PDMS) extraction fibers for so lid phasem icroextraction ( SPME). These fibers can be used a t temperatu re as h igh as 300e and above. These fibers had ve ry good ex traction for var ious com pounds. SPME-GC measurem ents show that the re la tive standard dev iation ( RSD ) for the peak area is no tm ore than 2166% and theRSD for the retention tim e is notm o re than 013% on the sam e cond-i tions o fm easu rem ents fo r 6 m easurem en ts. The exper im ents a lso show that the ex traction amount o f the so-l ge l fiber is no less than that o f the comm erc ia l fiber. The equilib rium of ex traction o f the so-l ge l fiber can be reached w ithin 10~ 15 m inutes and it has very fast desorption. Besides, com pared w ith comm erc ia l fiber, the so-l ge l fibe r show low er detection lim its and longe r serv ice lifespan.
