摘要:
将可靠性的基本原理与机械精度相结合,定义了机械精度模糊可靠性的基本概念.建立了基于模糊数的机械精度模糊可靠性的基本模型.实例分析表明:机械精度模糊可靠性设计方法比普通可靠性设计方法具有更大的灵活性和实用性,为最佳加工工艺方案的选择提供了理论依据.
Abstract:
Basic princ ip le of re liab ility is com bined w ith m echanical prec is ion to define the basic concepts o fm echanical precision fuzzy reliab ility. The basicm ode ls of m echanical precision fuzzy reliability w hich are based on fuzzy number a re established. The spec im en ana lys is show s that them echan ica l precision fuzzy re liab ility design me thod hasm ore activeness and practicab ility com pared w ith o rdina ry re liability design m ethods. Theory bases fo r choosing best techno logy schem e a re g iven.
