摘要:
以三氯氧磷和环氧氯丙烷为原料,在自制催化剂固体超强酸SO42- /TiO 2-Al2O3/La 3+作用下合成了磷酸三(1,3-二氯丙基)酯,研究了SO4 2- /TiO 2-Al2O 3/La 3+对合成反应的影响.结果表明:在n(环氧氯丙烷)∶n(三氯氧磷)=3.3∶1、催化剂用量为三氯氧磷的2%、反应时间为3h时,酯化率达98.5%.该催化剂易于回收且可重复使用.
Abstract:
The synthes is of TDCP w as stud ied, w ith phospho rous oxych lo ride and ep ichlorohydr in as reactan ts and rareea rth so lid superac id SO 2- 4 / T iO2 /La 3+ as ca talyst. The effec ts of reaction cond itions on the product y ie ld w ere exam ined, and the optimum reaction conditions w ere obta ined as fo llow s: n ( phosphorous oxychloride)  n ( epich lo rhydr in) = 3. 3:1, the m ass o f ca talyst is 2% o f phosphorous oxychloride, reac tion tim e is 3 h. The y ie ld o f TDCP w as about 98. 5%. The cata lyst can be easily recove red and rescued to g ive a lm ost the sam e y ie ld o f the ester ified product as that g ive by fresh SO 2- 4 / T iO2 /La 3+ .
