摘要:
随着人们对节能降耗的日益关注,压缩机的节能控制技术研究成了一个热点.在回顾了压缩机控制方法的基础上,针对大型活塞式压缩机,提出了时间主动配流控制系统的压缩机节能控制方法,并进一步提出了实现该控制方法的硬件关键技术和控制理论的关键问题及解决方法,最后给出了该方法的试验运行效果.
Abstract:
W ith people‘ s increasing a ttention to energy sav ing and cost reducing, the energy sav ing con tro l of com pressors has becom e a ho t top ic of resea rch. In th is pape r, the tim e in itia tive flow distribution energy sav ing contro l strategy is proposed for the larg e sca le p iston com pressor based on the survey of the contro l me thods o f compresso rs. Furtherm ore, the im plem entations of the key techn iques in hardw are and contro l theory are presen ted. The test resu lts are g iven in the end.
