摘要:
目前一般的GTEM(吉赫兹横电磁波)小室大都用于EMS(电磁抗扰度)测试,而针对于EMI(电磁干扰)测试的尚不多见.介绍了一种既可用于EMS测试又可用于EMI测试,且还可用于高频电路辐射机理诊断的多功能GTEM小室,给出了该GTEM小室的结构设计方法和测量原理,阐述了利用该GTEM进行高频电路辐射机理诊断的实现方法.GTEM小室设计方案采用的是"多极矩"模型实现,可将近场测量结果转换为标准远场测量结果(如电波暗室或开域场).此外,利用该GTEM小室以及近场电磁场探头和频谱分析仪对被测设备进行近场测量,即可得出被测设备的辐射机理测量结果.
Abstract:
Currently, EM S ( E lectrom agne tic Susceptib ility) test is mo stly used in G TEM ( G iga he rtz Transverse E lectrom agnetic) ce lls a re but EM I ( E lectromagnetic Interference) test is still rarely used there. A mu lt-i func tiona l GTEM ce ll is presented in th is pape r, w hich can not only be used in EM S and EM Im easurem ents, but a lso can be used in high frequency circu its m echan ism analysis. It presents the design m e thod and them easurem ent pr inciple of the GTEM cel,l and descr ibes how to use the GTEM ce ll to im plem ent the m echanism of rad ia tion d iagnosis o f high- frequency c ircuits. The GTEM ce ll is designed by / m ult-i po larm om en ts0 mode.l The near- fie ld m easurement resu lts can be conve rted into the standard fa r- fie ld ones ( such as anecho ic chamber or oats). In addition, the dev ice under test can be tested by the GTEM ce l,l as w e ll as the near- fie ld electrom agne tic probe and spectrum analyze r. So them easurement resu lts of radiation m echanism of the dev ice under test can be der ived.
