摘要:
利用人工介质富集太湖水中微生物,降解梅梁湾水源地水质中外加的硝基苯污染物.小试结果表明:经过驯化的生物膜可以有效去除一定浓度范围的微量有机物,当停留时间为7 d时,硝基苯的去除率在66.2%~75.6%的范围内,在温度为25℃左右、pH为6~9之间,微量有机物的去除效果最佳.可见,通过人工介质富集微生物的方法,对太湖梅梁湾水源地水质中硝基苯等有机污染具有较明显的改善效果.
Abstract:
A rtific ia lm edia were used to enr ich m icrobe and im prove the wa ter resource qua lity, therefore trace quantity o rganic po llutants we re b iodegraded. The result of the test show ed tha t, afte r domestica tion, the m icro asso ciation en riched in the assem bled med ium cou ld rem ove co rresponding trace quantity organ ic po llutan ts in som e concentration. A t the sam e tim e, the cong ener trace quantity o rganic po llutants could be b iodeg raded. W hen the settle tim e w as 7 days, the remova l of trace quantity o rgan ic pollutants w as betw een 66.2% ~ 75.6%. W hen the temperature w as 25 deg ree centig rade, the pH w as betw een 6 and 9, the effec t was the best about the rem ov al on trace??quantity o rganic po llutan ts w ater. It is ev ident tha t the trace quantity organ ic po llutan ts o f N itrobenzene in the source w ater qua lity from M eiliang Bay in Taihu Lake can bew e ll deg raded by enriched m icrobes on the artificia lm ed ia.
