摘要:
提出主从级联式多电平变换器应能兼顾系统对电压等级、功率转换效率、输出波形质量的高要求;特定谐波消除脉宽调制SHEPWM方法能够实现输出波形质量和功率转换效率的优化,便于实现功率平衡控制的控制方案.以十五电平逆变器为例,研究了主从级联式多电平逆变器的SHEPWM控制方法,提出了一种简单的功率平衡控制方法,以选取的典型点为例,研究了考虑功率平衡控制约束的SHEPWM非线性方程组的求解问题,对幅值调制比M=1的数值解进行了仿真和实验研究,结果证明所提控制方法是可行的.
Abstract:
With the increasing of the capacity and scale of photo-voltaic power systems,medium and high voltage inverters are economic and reasonable choices for transformerless interfaces of the photo-voltaic systems with utility grid. It is proposed that the composite cascade multilevel inverter may be the best topology for it can meet the high requirements for voltage level,high power converting efficiency and high waveform quality of output voltage. Selective harmonics elimination PWM method is probably the best control strategy for its advantages in high voltage waveform,high power efficiency and convenience in the control of the balance of power of each H-bridge. Take some typical points for examples,resolving method of the SHEPWM equations with power balance constraints are presented. Simulations and experiments are carried out,which prove the validity and practicability of the control method proposed.
