摘要:
保持环境温度不变,在-15℃~0℃的蒸发温度范围内对压缩冷凝机组进行了测试.分析了变蒸发温度对压缩冷凝机组COP、输入功率、压力比、吸气温度、排气温度等性能参数的影响,得出制冷量和蒸发温度之间的线性拟合关系.由实验得出:环境温度不变,蒸发温度上升1℃,COP平均上升2.2%.该实验为压缩冷凝机组的设计和工程应用提供了实验参考依据.
Abstract:
Experiment of condensing unit at varied evaporating temperature has been conducted when the ambient temperature is constant. The effects of the evaporating temperature on the characteristics of COP,power input,compression ratio were analyzed. The linearl fitting relation between refrigerated volume and the evaporating temperature was obtained. The test shows that with an increase in the evaporating temperature of 1℃,COP increased by 2. 2% when the ambient temperature is constant. The test provides an important experimental reference for further improvement and application.
