摘要:
建立了废水的萃余水相及回收后N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的高效液相色谱检测方法.采用Krornasil-C18色谱柱分离,流动相为甲醇和水(体积比15∶85),紫外检测波长为205 nm.结果表明:DMF的浓度在3.06~38.28 mg/L时与色谱峰面积之间线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),相对标准偏差为1.03%,加标回收率为99.86%~101.09%.该方法简便快速,结果准确,重现性好,可为废水中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的定量分析及回收提供较好的中控分析方法.
Abstract:
A method for DMF in waste water and organic phase with high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) was established. HPLC was performed on a Krornasil-C18 column,using methanol and water ( 15∶ 85) as mobile phase and the detection wavelength of 205 nm. The results show that the calibration curve is linear in the range of 3. 06 mg /L - 38. 28 mg /L for concentration of DMF ( r = 0. 999 7) ,precision is high,and its relative standard deviation is 1. 03%. The recovery DMF is between 99. 86% - 101. 09%. The method is rapid,accurate,reproducible and can be used for quantitative analysis of DMF in wastewater and provided as a good central control analysis method of recycling conditions of wastewater.
