摘要:
研究了一种用于蓄电池极板称重分拣装置中的快速称重传感器,设计了基于ARM7的动态称重系统.为了满足系统动态称重对数据采集的速度和精度的要求,实现数据快速稳定传输,系统以嵌入式微处理器ADuc7026为核心,实现数据的快速采集和滤波处理,控制12864液晶模块的实时显示,并利用RS485串行接口把经过处理的数据适时传送给可编程控制器(PLC)以便其控制称重分拣系统协同工作,完成对电池极板的快速流水称重分拣工作.
Abstract:
This paper studies a fast weighing sensor for accumulator plates weight-check and sorting system. We designed a dynamic weighing system based on ARM7. To meet the requirements of fast and accurate data for the dynamic weighing system, and get the fast and stable data transmission,we use embedded microprocessor ADuc7026 as the center of Dynamic weighing system. It can complete data acquisition and filter processing rapidly,and help to control the display in real-time on the LCD of 12864. Using RS-485 serial interface to transmit the data that had been processed to the Power Line Communication ( PLC) ,the collaborative work of weight-check and sorting system could be controlled conveniently, and the accumulator plates weight-check and sorting system we have designed can work on the fast assembly line.
